Fitting kit for one biplane .
Left version.
Color - silver anodized.
Maximum load capacity 2 x 25kg.
Width of wing 300 - 700mm.
Height of wing 1250 - 1850mm.
Material thickness 18 - 26mm. New version with cushioned curtains.
Recommendation:
The body with this fitting should have a full back (18mm) to ensure sufficient rigidity of the cabinet.
In the instructions, the thickness of the material mentioned is min. 19 mm, it is possible to use 18 mm fillers, it is only necessary to check on the sample whether the length of the screws is possibly too long and there is no bulging / damage to the surface on the other side.
It is recommended to install 2 stiffeners on each wing to ensure the stability of the wing .
We recommend using a calculator to calculate dimensions, drilling and milling, so that the fittings are in the correct positions. For a simpler calculation, we recommend using the Calculation aid on the Hawa website: www.hawa.ch
After downloading (must use MS Excel), just choose the version (right/left, type of lower end (usually middle solution without profile) and enter cabinet parameters and the form will calculate the necessary cuts, drilling, etc.
