HETTICH 9398862 Set SAH 500 cabinet suspension bracket with anti lift-off guard

SAH 500 cabinet suspension fitting set with anti-lift-off guard. The set consists of a wall-mounted element (L/R) and a cabinet body element (L/R). The wall-mounted element is designed for screwing onto the wall – anchoring material must be selected according to the wall construction. The cabinet body element is intended for press-in installation (automated assembly) or knock-in installation into the cabinet body (manual assembly). The integrated anti-lift-off guard prevents accidental removal of the cabinet from the wall (in accordance with DIN EN 14749). The required lift-off height for removing the cabinet body from the suspension bracket is 6,5 mm.

One of the advantages of the fitting is also the small amount of space required inside the cabinet body, which only minimally restricts its usability (e.g. for drawer systems).

The fitting allows 3D adjustment: vertical +/-11 mm, lateral +/-3 mm and depth +10/-2 mm. The adjustment screws are protected against accidental loosening.

Load capacity of the suspension fitting according to DIN EN 15939:2019-11:
- 110 kg/piece in test frame A (cabinet height = 1000 mm / cabinet depth = 300 mm)
- 80 kg/piece in test frame B (cabinet height = 600 mm / cabinet depth = 600 mm)
- 50 kg/piece in test frame C (cabinet height = 300 mm / cabinet depth = 600 mm)

Galvanised steel – fully recyclable.

Permissible rear panel thickness 3–8 mm, distance of the rear panel from the back edge of the cabinet at least 16 mm. The fitting can also be used without a rear panel.

If required, cover caps can be added – must be ordered separately:
1) cover cap type A
- rear panel offset RV = 16–20 mm
- rear panel cut-out 134 x 42.5 mm
2) cover cap type B
- rear panel offset RV = 20 mm and more
- rear panel cut-out 120 x 30.5 mm

Notice: The SAH 500 fitting cannot be combined with suspension rails.
