The Christmas holidays are approaching, along with the annual adjustment of operations at Démos. To ensure your orders arrive on time, we provide an overview of key deadlines for orders, dispatch, and delivery. Plan ahead and enjoy a stress-free holiday season.
How will the Christmas operation be managed?
As every year, there will be a reduction in operations at the end of the year. Below are the important deadlines related to dispatch and customer service.
The central warehouse for furniture fittings in Ostrava will ship packages until December 16, 2025, and will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2026. Customer service will be available until December 22, 3:30 PM, and will resume on January 2, 2026.
Tip: Don't forget to place your orders in time to ensure your materials arrive before the holidays.
