Pin connecting wooden calibrated birch 8x35mm (7,9x35mm) with glue (8650 pcs)
Connecting pin 8x35, material birch, pack of 8 650 pcs (9,7 - 10kg). Pins are electronically checked for geometry. Tolerances: width +- 0,2 mm, length +- 0,5mm. The pins are coated with Henkel adhesive. Smaller packages are in stock under code 396181 Calibrated birch 8x35mm wooden dowel with glue (1000pcs). When using, simply inject water into the hole. Amount of water to fill approx 1/3 of the hole, max amount 1/2 of the hole, volume approx 0,2 to 0,4 cm3. Do not inject more water, otherwise there is a risk of swelling of the plate. Smart product: Birch calibrated pins. These pins are particularly suitable for automatic pinning machines for industrial manufacturers where high quality and dimensional accuracy are required. The glue-applied version of the pin is suitable for automatic pinsetters where only water is placed in the glue reservoir. As a result, there is no longer a need to clean the machine of dried glue. The pins can also be used for manual pegging, especially for veneered parts and painted surfaces, where water staining of the material is not as much of a problem as glue staining, which leaves a map on the surface after drying.
