StrongLine Linio set of fittings for sliding door, 2 wings, w.soft-closing,40 kg
Door fittings set for sliding cabinet doors, load capacity 40 kg/door. Set for 2 door wings. Guide available in length 1,5 m, 2 m and 3 m. (see Related product range (accessories)). Recommended minimum door width - 500 mm, height < 2500 mm, whilst maintaining a 3:1 aspect ratio (height:width).
The set includes:
4 pcs dampers
8 pcs trolleys
4 pcs bottom stop
32 pcs screw
1 pc hex key
Mounting information:
1. Before inserting the guide into the cabinet, insert dampers and end caps to the rail. Please mind the correct orientation of the damper – arrows must point to the cabinet centre.
2. Draw dampers in the working position (according to the arrow – towards the cabinet centre).
3. Before installing the door wing, push the top trolleys in installation position and secure them with a safety lock.
4. Insert the door into the bottom rail, then direct the top trolley to the top rail and release the safety lock.
5. Warning – door deflection during installation must not exceed 20°, otherwise the guide or even the cabinet may get damaged!
6. Regulate the door wing position, then secure against unhooking by tightening the top trolley.
7. Align and secure the position of damping to close the door to the cabinet side properly.
