StrongLumio LED switch / dimmer 12 / 24V blue LED

Switch and dimmer for LED strips to be placed in the ALU profile. The switch cannot be used on battery power. It is also not possible to use sources with earthing of the supply voltage (some sources with earthed metal transformer casing). Cannot be used in painted profiles and in profiles that are connected from two or more parts.

The profile must not touch the wall, other metal objects, or be close to other electronic and electrical devices. (possibility of interference and malfunctions)
Innovative type with higher resistance to interference, equipped with a blue orientation auxiliary light. Allows connection of multiple sensors to one power transformer.
Switch designed for placement in ALU profiles for LED strips. The ALU profile works as a large-area switch. The recommended max. Length of the aluminum profile is 3 m. Touching any part of the profile turns the lighting on / off. A long touch can decrease or increase the light intensity. Max. profile length 2 m, with a longer profile the switch may not work correctly. 
To prevent accidental switching, the touch must be noticeable, a fleeting touch is not enough.
Installation:
For installation, use a tip micro solder and common soldering tin alloys. Preferably tubular tin with a small diameter flux. The use of a transformer soldering iron is not recommended, as this may damage the circuit breaker. 
2. While observing the polarity (±), solder the switch to the LED strip and solder the power cables to the other side (closer to the screw hole). 
Carry out soldering carefully so that the tin and any flux (rosin) do not extend into other parts.  In particular, there must be no connection to the sensor input - around the screw hole. 
Use the shortest possible power cords with the largest possible cross-section. Too thin and long cables can adversely affect the function of the circuit breaker.
3. Insert the LED strip with the sensor into the ALU profile, mark the place for the hole and drill a hole dia. 2 mm. 
We recommend screwing in the enclosed self-tapping screw dia. 2.2 mm outside the switch and only screw on the switch after the thread has been formed. 
Caution, tighten the screw only lightly to avoid damaging the printed circuit board.

Use only the enclosed stainless steel screw!  If you use a galvanized screw, corrosion between the screw and the ALU profile could occur and the circuit breaker would malfunction in a short time.
Control:
Touching anywhere on the ALU profile will turn on the lighting with continuous ramp-up. The second touch turns off the lights. There must be a delay of approx. 1 second between touches, otherwise the touch will not be recorded. 
Hold down (long touch) for more than 3 seconds to start changing the light intensity, after interrupting the touch the selected light intensity will be maintained.
Calibration
The switch has a built-in automatic calibration. The parameters set at the factory are optimized at the first on and off. For this reason, manual calibration is not required.

Electrical waste - dispose of according to applicable laws.
By connecting the pad at the supply +, the light emitting diode can be taken out of operation without affecting the function, it is also possible to ensure start-up before switching off the power supply (eg. when switching with an external switch) - see innovated instructions.
