StrongGlue PU 2K FOAM, 400 ml

For fast anchoring of large heavy frames, e.g. shop windows. Excellent for installing panelled door frames. The speed of setting of the glue makes it extremely effective. It cures by chemical reaction of two components - the foam can must be foamed within 8 minutes at the latest! It is suitable for cutting / trimming after approx. 30 minutes after application. It has a regular structure without defects and holes.

Instruction:
Before use, turn the locking screw on the bottom of the spray-can 10 times in the direction of the arrow 360°. This will break the hardener container. Screw on the application tube firmly onto the valve and shake the spray-can vigorously bottom up (at least 40 times). When shaking, an audible sound must be heard of the cartridge stopper loosening on the first shake inside the spray-can. Hold the spray-can upside down while foaming. Do not overapply the foam, the foam will swell its volume up to twice.
Warning:
After mixing the two components, the foam must be used up within about 8 minutes. After this time the foam will harden, even inside the spray-can. During this time the foaming may be briefly interrupted. After 30 min. from application the hardened foam can be processed further- trimmed, cut, etc. Clean uncured foam with PU foam cleaner, cured foam can be removed mechanically only. Use protective equipment when working with the glue. Protect the floor against staining with paper or foil.
