StrongGlue Contact Adhesive FLAT, 600 ml spray

Contact adhesive StrongGlue FLAT is a solid contact adhesive for gluing HPL laminates, furniture parts`s edges or manufacturing double-thick laminated boards. Suitable for gluing as well other materials such as wood, PB, MDF, PU foam, thermal insulation or soundproof insulation, flooring, glass, cork, majority of metals and others - requires prior testing before application. Exhibits high resistance to shear stress, high thermal stability, UV stability, water-resistance. Features long open time.

Instructions:
Apply the adhesive to both surfaces to be glued together. The surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Ensure that the temperature of the adhesive and the materials to be processed is between 18-23°C. Keep the spray at a suitable distance, about 10-20 cm from the surface to which you are applying the adhesive on. Make sure, that the adhesive forms a spider web-like coating on the pores. The best properties of the bonded joint are achieved by spraying thin, yet regular layers of the adhesive. Do not apply the glue layer very thick in order to avoid the adhesive to overflow from the surface. Wait for 2-3 minutes after applying the adhesive. After the solvent has evaporated, join the surfaces together and press together with as much force as possible. The force of the pressure is very important to achieve a strong bond. Use a pressure plate roller or press.
