StrongGlue contact adhesive FLAT pressure vessel 17 kg

StrongGlue FLAT is a solid contact adhesive for gluing HPL laminates, furniture parts`s edges or manufacturing double-thick laminated boards. Suitable for gluing other materials such as wood, PB, MDF, PU foam, thermal insulation or soundproof insulation, flooring, glass, cork, majority of metals and other materials - requires prior testing before application. The adhesive exhibits high resistance to shear stress, high thermal stability, UV stability, water-resistance. Features long open time. Heat resistance of the joint is up to 95 °C.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Screw the hose with the spray gun onto the pressure vessel and open the valve fully. Check that the adhesive is not leaking. Hold the gun 15-25 cm from the glued surface, always at angle 90°. Apply the adhesive in even, thin layers so that no puddles are formed. Always use the adhesive at room temperature (18-24 °C). Apply the adhesive on both surfaces, allow to set for 3-5 minutes and then press together with as much force as possible. Do not close the pressure vessel valve between gluing to prevent the adhesive from curing in the hose and the gun.

CYLINDER CHANGE:
Do not disconnect the hose until the valve is completely closed and the pressure is released along with any adhesive residue from the hose. If no more adhesive residue is released from the gun when the trigger is pulled, screw the hose and the gun onto a new pressure vessel, open the valve and give the adhesive a test spray. Once the adhesive sprays evenly, the system is ready for use. Clean the nozzle with solvent only.
